What do you need to hear to feel seen, loved, and appreciated? Give this kindness and validation to yourself. Write yourself the love letter you wish someone else would write to you.


There is no need to wait for the approval or admiration of anyone else. No one else's opinion of you should matter more to you than your opinion of yourself. Your own self-love and admiration are just as valid as external love and admiration. You are worthy of your own love and admiration. Taking the time and consideration to write a love letter to yourself is deeply healing and will fill you up with the love and admiration that you deserve. You deserve to give yourself everything you need. Give yourself all of the love and admiration that you wish to receive.

Giving space for your body to move you, instead of trying to move your body is one of the most sensual and liberating experiences. Our bodies hold so much pleasure and wisdom. With every swirl of your hips your Feminine Energy will grow and make you feel so feminine, sexy, and alive.

Doing small gestures to add a little sweetness to your life can have a big impact on nurturing your self-love. Taking time to gift yourself with something sweet that you bake for yourself is a gesture of kindness and appreciation for yourself. Baking something yourself gives you an opportunity to spend time with yourself and to enjoy the process of making something heartfelt. This doesn't have to be anything elaborate or difficult. Make yourself whatever you consider to be a sweet treat that will make you feel good. This can be a chocolate cake, vegan cookies, gluten-free red velvet cupcakes, or even a fruit salad. Anything that you would enjoy creating and eating is perfect.


Put effort into making this a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture for yourself. Try to slow down and enjoy the process and create something you find beautiful.

Looking yourself in the eyes and saying words of love and support to yourself is so powerful. It may seem woo-woo, but mirror work is a very practical and effective method to reprogram our subconscious mind. Mirror work allows you to view yourself as if you are outside of yourself and it can give you a new perspective on the relationship you have with yourself. Mirror work brings your internal dialogue out into the external world and gives you a tangible visual of the impact of the way you speak to yourself. Mirror work gives us an opportunity to confront ourselves face to face. Mirror work forces us to become more self-aware and to connect with ourselves more deeply. It provides us with a literal reflection of our inner relationship with ourselves.

The Sanskrit term for the sacral chakra is Svadhisthana. When literally translated, this word means “the dwelling place of the self”. The sacral chakra is the second chakra, and it is located near the womb space in the lower belly. This chakra is the home of our Yin/Feminine Energy. This chakra is associated with many of the characteristics of Feminine Energy. The sacral chakra is associated with emotions, pleasure, creativity, sensuality, abundance, and sexuality.

You can ritualize your routine by adding a level of intention to every aspect of your beauty regiment and slowing down to appreciate the art in every step. Feminine Yoga flows give us an opportunity to experience fluidity in motion. Feminine Energy is the energy of sensuality and fluidity. Yoga is meant to bring balance to your mental body, emotional body, energetic body, and physical body. There is even a style of Yoga called Yin Yoga which means Feminine Energy Yoga. Yin is feminine or shakti energy/chi.


Stretching and free flowing movement is so nurturing for Feminine Energy. However, Yoga transcends simple stretches. Yoga means "to yoke" or to join/come together. Yoga is mean to connect us with our higher selves. Yoga is meant to help us realize how deeply connected all of the Universe is. That everything is really a part of one large, beautiful thing. Whether or not you believe in Yogic philosophy, you can still benefit from the effects of practicing Yoga.
